Al`s Hamburger shop in Green Bay

I tried calling in to the restuarant to place in order to pick up after I went to the farmers market. I called multiple times and they never answered the phone. I assumed they were possibly closed as it was my first time ordering from Al's so I wasn't sure of their times even if Google said they were open. After driving by and seeing them open I stopped to place an order to go. I was surprised to say the least that no employees were wearing masks. I understood the customers as they had to eat, but I would have assumed that the employees would have had masks on to mitigate their own risks in a global pandemic. I saw once other person with a mask on to pick up takeout and we both gave each other looks of I can't believe the works arent wearing masks. The food was incredible but i won't order again until this pandemic is over.

We found this little place with a Google search for Burgers. The burger choices were diverse, and they were so flavorful! The fries were also excellent. Service was great as well. If you are looking for a regular or unique burger that pleases your taste buds, this is your place. Five stars!

The hash burger is awesome! I sure hope I find myself in Greenbay again some day.

Great Burgers!! Awesome Curds, Fantastic Customer service, I went here for lunch one day, I had planned on ordering to-go however once inside the waitress was so welcoming that I decided to eat in, I loved the retro diner setup. I ran back to my car to grab my laptop and worked and ate, waitress gave my coins for the meter in which I didn’t have any, I tried to offer her a $1 bill in exchange but she refused needless to say I left a 35% tip

My partner and I love to stop here and grab a burger or chili. If you get a burger, you can add an egg which is great. They have really good onion rings. Our favorite is the chili. We are chili fanatics...Al's was more beany than what I would usually prefer but still fantastic nonetheless, and my partner has it on the top of his list.

Warning there are no buns on this burger. It's a batty topped with fries, cheese curd and chili! They top it off with sour cream, onions and jalapenos. It sounds like a heart attack, but so worth it. It was decadent and delicious. I also got a side of cheese curds because I'm in Wisconsin and they're delicious!

Neat, nostalgic place. First time there. Feels like a step back in time. Food a little overpriced for what you get. Good tasting burgers and fries. AND NO MASK REQUIRED!!! Picture of burger is the Big Al. :) Would visit again.

Found this little burger joint while looking for a simple place to get lunch. Fresh and tasty burger. If you like a little spicy , try the Jalapeño Popper Burger. Not too spicy but has a little zing to it!! 11 different type of burgers !! The waitress is very friendly and chatty. :) Dessert cheese curds ( covered in caramel sauce and sea salt) sound interesting, unfortunately I could not eat another morsel after the burger !! :)

We were in Green Bay, so we had to stop by Al’s. We both got the specialty “Tailgate Burger”. It wasn’t my favorite, but it was certainly something I hadn’t had before. All the mustard here has horseradish in it (Dijon) so that wasn’t going to work for me. The cheese curds were delicious. The burger itself was wonderful. I just wasn’t a fan of the burger/brat combo in one bite. It was definitely worth a try though. This place is small. It seats about 25. So you may have a wait. I’ll be back next time I’m in GB to try something else.

Great little hole in the wall. Hamburger patties are a distinctive blend that creates a great flavor. Don't forget a shake.
